DJ Brian Starkloff rocked the dance floor for Juliana and William at a private residence on Maryland's Eastern Shore back in October. A rainy day pushed the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to their tent ... although the weather didn't stop anyone from getting down and celebrating this awesome couple!
