Wild Wedding at Bohemia Overlook | Heather and Shawn

DJ Brian Starkloff had the honor of providing the perfect musical backdrop for Heather and Shawn's special day at Bohemia Overlook in Maryland. From the heartfelt ceremony to the lively reception, it was a wedding to remember!

With the beautiful beach as the backdrop, we set the tone with the enchanting sounds of prelude music. As the ceremony began, "Tangled Up In You" by Staind played, marking the entrance of the mothers and bridesmaids. For the heartwarming father-daughter entrance, "I Loved Her First" by Heartland filled the air. As the newlyweds sealed their love with a kiss, "The Bones" by Maren Morris celebrated their joyous recessional.

With the formalities underway, Brian introduced the wedding party with a burst of energy, accompanied by the infectious beats of "Get the Party Started" by Pink. Each couple walked into the room, radiating happiness and excitement. Finally, we proudly announced the newly married couple, Shawn and Heather, to the delight of their friends and family, accompanied by the energetic anthem "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO. Heather and Shawn's first dance to "You Make it Easy" by Jason Aldean set the stage for an evening filled with love and romance.

The father-daughter dance was a beautiful moment as Heather and her father shared the dance floor to the heartfelt tune of "This Dance" by Scott Thomas. Equally heartwarming was the mother-son dance, with Shawn and his mother gracefully swaying to the melody of "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts. The cake cutting ceremony was filled with joy and laughter, accompanied by the timeless hit "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" by Stevie Wonder.

The night continued with the bouquet toss, featuring the lively anthem "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper, and the garter removal and toss, accompanied by the playful rhythm of "Freak Me" by Silk and "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen, respectively. The anniversary dance brought couples together as they celebrated enduring love to the timeless melody of "You're Still the One" by Shania Twain.

As the evening drew to a close, Brian invited everyone to join Heather and Shawn on the dance floor one last time with the iconic song "Don't Stop Believing" by Journey.

Heather and Shawn's wedding was a testament to love, joy, and unforgettable moments. We were honored to be part of their special day, creating memories through music that will last a lifetime.

Photos and memories captured by Hamilton Photography beautifully encapsulate the magic of their celebration.
